Nose: 
Jucy oranges, dried orangepeel, red berries;
oloroso sherry, dried dates, cloves and raisins;
earthy, dusty with a hint of smoke; salted fudge - time is the key!!!

Taste:
Soft, dry mouthfeel that gains weight when oranges, oak and old complex sherry come into play accompanied  by some good balanced spicyness

Finish: Fading oranges, sherry, dark chocolate and espresso
