Tasting Notes
Nose:
A coastal style due to fresh and salty waves of gentle peat smoke (smoked salmon, burning cinamon sticks); BUT underneath you can find a warm and fruity heart with mash tun draff, honey, caramel, milk chocolate, coconut, pineapples, oranges and some lime
Tast:
Velvet mouthfeel; decent sugary sweetness with some cinamon spiciness; a good salty edge (even a little bit bitter and sour - just to make it more complex) and gentle dry peat smoke
Finish:
Fades away gently, leaving the memory of spicy cinamon and oakwood while ashy smoke lasts for a long time
